STEMinism is UC鈥檚 Women in Engineering and Technology seminar. This event is aimed at female Year 11-13 students who are interested in finding out more about STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) study and career options. STEMinism highlights how a career in STEM can help you make a difference in the world. Engineering and technology impact society in so many ways 鈥 improving the lives of those in need and innovating how we do things in our day-to-day lives.

Are you interested in finding out about a career in engineering or technology?

Join us at聽STEMinism聽鈥 UC鈥檚 Women in Engineering and Technology evening and discover STEM study and career opportunities!

This free event is aimed at female students in Year 11-13 who are interested in finding out more about STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) study and career options. Parents, teachers and careers advisors are also welcome.

STEMinism will feature a range of inspiring female speakers including:

  • Current UC students studying STEM subjects.
  • Inspiring women working in STEM industries.

There will also be a Q & A session. We welcome you to submit a question when you register, a limited number of questions will be selected for discussion.

Free nibbles and goodie bags!

This event is co-hosted by UC鈥檚 Faculty of Engineering, and UC鈥檚 Women in Engineering and Women in Technology student clubs. Space is limited and registration is essential.
